Bonus Rules

All Bonus plans require a minimum deposit of $100.
Deposits Fees are paid on $300 or more. Maximum deposit fees paid are $250 per deposit.

Progressive Re-deposit Bonus Program!

Here is how it works:

Beginning at 10%, the progressive bonus will increase by 5% (15% - 20% - 25%) on all subsequent deposits until the player reaches 30% maximum. Once reaching the 30% maximum limit, players continue receiving the 30% on each and every deposit until they take a withdrawal. After that, this bonus starts over again at 10%, it is that simple!

Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions:

The Jazz Casino & Sportsbook Referrer must have deposited before the referred player.
Minimum initial deposit $100.
Maximum referral bonus is a $500 Match Play.
Bonus will be applied to account 7 days after the new Jazz Casino & Sportsbook Member has made their initial deposit.
In order to be eligible as a valid referral, the new Jazz Casino & Sportsbook Member must put in action at least 50% of their initial deposit amount and must not have requested a withdrawal before completing the wagering rollover requirement on his/her own sign-up bonus.
If after 7 days of the initial deposit, 50% of the amount has not been wagered, your referral bonus will not be automatically credited. To request this bonus after 7 days, please send us an email.
There is no limit to the number of people you refer.
Refer-A-Friend Bonus is awarded as Match Play and is not an automatic Cash Bonus.
Your Refer-A-Friend Bonus must be wagered at least (5) five times before it can be withdrawn.

Definitions/Rules

The following terms and their respective definitions are frequently used in our Bonuses.

Rollover: The rollover requirement includes the sum of the deposit and awarded bonuses, multiplied by the rollover number for that particular bonus plan.
To qualify you must rollover your beginning of month balance (if any) and all deposits 3 times and must have a net loss for the month.
Example: Deposit of $300 via Western Union with a 15% Bonus. (Deposit of $300 + 15% Bonus of $45 = $345 X 5 = $1725 in wagers needed).
Any line -200 or grater, the win amount is caculated for rollover requirements not the risk amount.
Monthly "Adjusted" Losses: Adjusted loss is your net loss from betting minus any transaction costs incurred by DPT Sports Group. A month is a full calendar month.
Example of Full Calander Month: If you sign up on April 20th your first bonus period will be from April 20th to May 31st. Your bonus will be paid by June 5th. After this initial period bonuses will be calculated automatically every month and the funds placed in your account if you qualify.
Active Account: An active account is defined as having funds and having played at least $50 four out of the last seven days.
Restriction for previous 30% bonus: 10% Cash: This bonus applies when you make a deposit of $100 or more. There is a 5 time rollover requirement on the deposit plus the bonus before a withdraw can be made or the bonus will be forfeit.
20% Cash Back: To qualify you must rollover your beginning of month balance (if any) and all deposits 3 times and must have a net loss for the month.
No bonuses are paid to any customer with a winning balance or a make up of $100,000 or more.
Sportsbook bonuses are paid to customers who live in the US and Canada only.
